So many good Korean foods and so little my tummy is, lol. My friends and I went on Saturday night to this place and it wasn't too bad, but don't come here with an empty stomach because it's dangerous, you will want to get everything from each food vendor lol. The staff of each vendor are so nice and friendly. The ambiance is also nice and clean.

Checked out this underground food court today where we were the only non-Koreans We decided to grab food from Plaza Halshik and though it wasn't as cheap as I imagined ($41 for 2 meals--more or less the same price range as BCD Tofu House for the meals we got), the preparation has a homestyle appeal to it and I especially loved the purple rice. Taste was incredible and orders were served with quickness. Must try the tonkatsu and corn dog spots next time. Plenty of parking and it's free for 3 hours so that's a plus.

I believe the last time we were here was 10years ago. I took my daughter this time and she can't stop raving about the food. There isn't anything like this in the bay area...I mean there are but not to this size and the prices are insanely cheap. Ajiima at each stand is abrupt and always about fast service. No time for chit chat and you better know what you want to order otherwise move outta the way. It's a food court and you can prob spend all day here as the vibe is chill AF. Order and eat til your heart 's content. We attend to come back because why wouldn't we. We're here to eat...when in LA K-town!

This is a review primarily of Dazzle Han, A restaurant within the Koreatown food plaza, that is Tucktaway in the back right corner. I ordered the Mixed soondibu and was very pleasantly surprised by the amount of food that I got. Served on a metal cafeteria tray, I had a healthy serving of Soondibu, 4 banchan dishes, a healthy bowl of purple rice, and a lovely piece of grilled mackerel. Starting with the banchan, I have to say the pickled kimchi and radish were excellent. They had a nice acidic bite to it that told me that it was freshly fermented. The fish cake was also very tasty, and not overly salted. Finally, the tofu soup. Since Beverly soon tofu restaurant closed down, i've been on the hunt for a great tofu place. To be honest, of all the places I've been, this definitely rinks near the top! The broth was very rich, and made me want to eat the spoonful after spoonful. There was a very generous portion of silken tofu. If there is anything to improve, I would say that I wish there were a bit more beef and seafood in the soup, but nonetheless, it was very satisfying. Service was very pleasant, as with most of the restaurants here, you receive a paper that buses when your food is ready. Bathrooms were quite clean. Overall, had a great experience here. Will definitely be trying other restaurants in the plaza too, but Dazzle Han was a standout! Will definitely be back!

This place never disappoints. We always come here as a group and order bunch of stuff to share. Our favorite is always been the Tonkatsu House. My friend wanted to get her favorite kimbab, but they were sold out at that time. There's one restaurant inside that's like recently opened, and we ordered their popcorn chicken and they are so good! We got the plain or original one, and that's the crispiest chicken we have ever had ! Definitely will order this again and just eat it with rice is also enough. Their shrimp dumpling is too spicy for me .

This place is actually incredible and I can't believe I haven't been here before. It's located inside a mall so there's a parking garage and you can have your parking ticket validated when you order food. Inside, there's a variety of food from pho and Hawaiin to Korean corn dogs, cakes, and soups. Most things are cheap or very reasonably priced. The food court itself doesn't look the best/cleanest but we all know that means the food absolutely slaps. Each place gives you a little ticker so you can just pick it up when it's ready. Korean corn dog ($6.50) - I got the half mozzarella and half hot dog one. The cheese wasn't as gooey or flavorful as I expected, but the corn dog batter was really good. There were also a bunch of sauces that you could choose so I had a bunch of fun trying all of them. Kimbap place ($7.50) - We got the tteokbokki and a rice slushie drink from here. The tteokbokki had great flavor and was pretty decent size (even though we got the smallest one). The rice slushie drink was sweet (kind of like sugar cane) and very refreshing. Hawaiin & Udon (~$15?) - There's a set where you can get a plate of pork cutlet with a bowl of udon. The bowl of udon was actually huge and had great flavor. The pork cutlet was also delicious but got soggy pretty fast. Portion sizes are absolutely massive and include macaroni salad, salad, AND rice. Will definitely be coming back. If only if it wasn't so far away...
